The cleaning of the mechanical room floors of a Seattle high rise building.

"Industrial Surface Cleaning", for the sake of communication and conversation is a small verbal abbreviation, a place holder term, that refers to a very broad range of technical application and necessary equipment profile, and most importantly, a very broad experience base.  This particular example shown to the left, was of the mechanical room floors on the very top floor of a Seattle area high rise building.  Vents in the walls would allow the intrusion of rain water on windy days,  which in turn would leak down into the offices of lower floors of the building.  The floors needed a new epoxy coating but this would have been impossible with a solid 1/8" of dust & oil from the bolted machinery covering them...  So in this case, "Industrial Surface Cleaning" meant hot water reclamation pressure washing inside a building 20 stories up, and losing zero water.  Working problems like this are our speciality...
